Instructions
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts for even cooking.
- In a bowl, mix the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Place the sprouts in the basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Plate the sprouts and serve immediately for best texture.
