Description

These delicious blueberry almond donuts are gluten-free and perfect for breakfast or a snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, applesauce, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Fill a donut pan with the batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before removing from the pan.
