- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly oil a baking dish.
- Make Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Assemble the Casserole:
- Pour marinara sauce evenly over the meatballs.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Bake:
- Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown and meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the meatball mixture.
- You can substitute pork or beef with turkey for a leaner option.
- Serve with garlic bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
- To ensure meatballs are fully cooked, use a meat thermometer; they should reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
