Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 diced tomatoes
  • 1 black olives
  • 1 jalapeños
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1 cilantro
  • 1 green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with taco seasoning and cook until fully cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and layer with cooked beef and both cheeses.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and add toppings like diced tomatoes and olives.
  5. Drizzle with sour cream and garnish with green onions before serving.
