Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with taco seasoning and cook until fully cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and layer with cooked beef and both cheeses.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and add toppings like diced tomatoes and olives.
- Drizzle with sour cream and garnish with green onions before serving.
