Delicious cookies combining the crunch of Oreo cookies with creamy white chocolate.

- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, gently flattening each dough ball.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly underbaked.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Make sure not to overbake for a softer cookie.
