Description

A delicious gluten-free bread with fresh cranberries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the fresh cranberries.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
