- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit:
- Rinse all the fruits thoroughly.
- Slice strawberries and halve the grapes.
- Drain the pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges if they are canned.
- Mix the Creamy Base:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together whipped cream, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Gently fold the prepared fruits into the creamy mixture, making sure each piece is well coated.
- Add Optional Ingredients:
- If desired, add in chopped nuts and shredded coconut for an extra texture and flavor.
- Chill:
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
