- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and grating cheese.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Sear the chicken breasts, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reduce heat and mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil and garlic beforehand.
