Description

Delicious fettuccine pasta tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce with seared chicken breasts.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and grating cheese.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Sear the chicken breasts, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove from pan and cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Reduce heat and mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
