- Assemble the Wontons: Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place a tablespoon of the strawberry cream mixture in the center of each wrapper. Lightly brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal tightly.
- Frying: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the wontons in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serving: Dust the warm wontons with powdered sugar before serving.
