  3. Form Balls: Roll the dough into a long log about 1 inch wide. Divide it into 10-12 equal pieces, flatten each piece in your palm, and place a tablespoon of the sesame filling in the center. Pinch the edges to seal each ball.
  4. Cook Tang Yuan: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rice balls to the pot and cook them until they float to the surface, which should take about 5-6 minutes.
