- 1 cup Dark Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 cups Chocolate Melting Wafers
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 square casserole dish with non-stick foil and set aside.
- In a heavy-bottom saucepan, mix together white sugar, white vinegar, and dark corn syrup.
- Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, then mixture will foam up.
- Carefully pour the foamy mixture into the prepared dish without scraping the pan.
- Allow the candy to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- Once cooled, break the honeycomb candy into 1-inch pieces.
- Melt the chocolate wafers, dip candy pieces, and place on wax paper to dry.
