Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Chocolate Melting Wafers

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 square casserole dish with non-stick foil and set aside.
  2. In a heavy-bottom saucepan, mix together white sugar, white vinegar, and dark corn syrup.
  3. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, then mixture will foam up.
  4. Carefully pour the foamy mixture into the prepared dish without scraping the pan.
  5. Allow the candy to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  6. Once cooled, break the honeycomb candy into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Melt the chocolate wafers, dip candy pieces, and place on wax paper to dry.
