Description

Delicious garlic knots perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 12 strips.
  2. Tie each strip into a knot and tuck the ends under. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Brush knots with olive oil and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat, stir in parsley and salt.
  5. Brush hot knots with garlic butter. Sprinkle with parmesan and extra parsley if desired.
