Description

Delicious chocolate marshmallow treats made using silicone molds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate melts (dark, milk, or white)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 Silicone mold

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts of 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of each half of the silicone mold with melted chocolate; ensure it’s thick enough to hold shape.
  3. Chill the molds in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until set.
  4. Remove from molds and fill one half with cocoa powder and mini marshmallows.
  5. Warm the edges of another half-mold and press it onto the filled half to seal.
  6. Decorate with additional melted chocolate if desired, then allow to set completely before serving.

Notes

  • For a variation, try adding nuts or other candies inside the marshmallow mixture.
  • Ensure the chocolate is melted thoroughly for a smooth finish.
