Description
Delicious chocolate marshmallow treats made using silicone molds.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup chocolate melts (dark, milk, or white)
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- 1 Silicone mold
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts of 30 seconds until smooth.
- Coat the inside of each half of the silicone mold with melted chocolate; ensure it’s thick enough to hold shape.
- Chill the molds in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until set.
- Remove from molds and fill one half with cocoa powder and mini marshmallows.
- Warm the edges of another half-mold and press it onto the filled half to seal.
- Decorate with additional melted chocolate if desired, then allow to set completely before serving.
Notes
- For a variation, try adding nuts or other candies inside the marshmallow mixture.
- Ensure the chocolate is melted thoroughly for a smooth finish.
