Description

A delicious jalapeño cheese pizza made with cream cheese and sharp cheddar.


Ingredients

  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup jalapeños (fresh or pickled, sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)
  • to taste fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for your pizza.
  2. If you’re using a store-bought pizza crust, roll it out onto a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Blend until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheeses generously over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Evenly distribute the sliced jalapeños over the cheese, adding more or less as desired.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Once done, remove it from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Slice it up and enjoy.

  • This pizza can be customized with additional toppings like peppers or onions.
  • Feel free to adjust the spiciness by using more or less jalapeños.
