- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the turkey by patting it dry and seasoning with black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the turkey until golden brown on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Place chopped onion and minced garlic in the slow cooker, followed by the seared turkey.
- Pour chicken broth and soy sauce over the turkey.
- Sprinkle thyme and rosemary on top before covering.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until fork-tender.
