Description

A wholesome loaf made with oats and a mix of nutritious seeds.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, honey, salt, and baking powder to the oat mixture.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool before slicing.
