- 1 French baguette (sliced into 1/2-inch rounds)
- 8 oz goat cheese (softened)
- 2 ripe pears (sliced thinly)

- as needed Honey (for drizzling)
- as needed Olive oil (for brushing)
- as needed Fresh thyme or rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay the sliced baguette rounds on a baking sheet and lightly coat each side with olive oil.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and toast for about 5-8 minutes or until the bread turns golden brown and crispy.
- Once toasted, remove the baguette slices from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Spread a generous layer of softened goat cheese on each crostini.
- Top each crostini with a slice of fresh pear.
- Drizzle a small amount of honey over the pears.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
