- 2 cups sliced potatoes

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Sauté Onions and Garlic: In the same skillet, add sliced onions and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Prepare Sauce: Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the onions. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer Ingredients: In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, then half of the cooked beef, followed by half of the onion mixture. Sprinkle with a layer of cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
