Description

A creamy and decadent cheesecake made with vanilla and white chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Vanilla white chocolate bars for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted white chocolate and mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time, blending well after each. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Bake the Cheesecake: Pour the filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and edges are firm. Once baked, let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Prepare the Whipped Topping: Beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake.
  5. Garnish: Decorate with vanilla white chocolate pieces around the edge.

Notes

  • Ensure all ingredients, especially cream cheese, are at room temperature before mixing to prevent lumps.
  • For a smooth texture, avoid overbeating the eggs.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool gradually to avoid cracks on the surface.
  • Experiment with different types of white chocolate for varying flavor notes.
