Delicious air fryer pancakes that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup buttermilk (at room temperature)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, buttermilk, and melted butter until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk just until combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare parchment paper for the air fryer basket by cutting it into the size of the air fryer basket.
- Once preheated, place a paper-lined 7-inch pan inside the air fryer basket and scoop ¼ of the pancake batter on the baking paper and spread evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until small bubbles form on the surface and the tops are set.
- Flip the pancakes over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the pancake from the air fryer and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
