Description

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberry pie filling
  • Fresh blueberries and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and flour, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until just combined. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  3. Bake the Cheesecake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly wobbly. Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. Add the Topping: Once cooled, spread the sour cream evenly over the top of the cheesecake. Spoon blueberry pie filling over the sour cream layer, spreading it gently.
