Ingredients

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In a large bowl, mix the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and eggs until a thick dough forms.
- In a small bowl, stir together the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the coating.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
- Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Place on baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until the edges are set and tops are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Store leftover cake balls in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips or nuts to the dough for added flavor.
