Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and eggs until a thick dough forms.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the coating.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
  6. Place on baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9–11 minutes until the edges are set and tops are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
