Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add the baking powder, almond flour, and salt; mix until just combined.
- Spoon dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
