- ¼ cup strong coffee or espresso (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts until smooth, stirring between intervals.
- In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
- Gently fold melted white chocolate and vanilla into the mascarpone mixture.
- If using fresh raspberries, lightly crush them with a fork; mix in sugar to enhance flavor.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee or espresso (if using) and layer them in your serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the crushed raspberries. Repeat layers.
- Chill in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
