Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Prepare Cookie Dough: In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  3. Form Cookie Cups: Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch). Place each ball into the greased mini muffin pan. Use a rounded object (like the back of a measuring spoon) to create an indentation in each ball to form a cup shape.
  4. Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from oven and reshape the indentations if needed. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  5. Prepare Chocolate Filling: In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until steaming. Add chocolate chips and remove from heat. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  6. Assemble Cookie Cups: Fill each cooled cookie cup with chocolate ganache. Top with mini marshmallows. Break pretzel twists and attach them to the sides of the cookie cups with a dab of chocolate to form handles.
