Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
- Prepare Cookie Dough: In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Form Cookie Cups: Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch). Place each ball into the greased mini muffin pan. Use a rounded object (like the back of a measuring spoon) to create an indentation in each ball to form a cup shape.
- Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from oven and reshape the indentations if needed. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Prepare Chocolate Filling: In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until steaming. Add chocolate chips and remove from heat. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Assemble Cookie Cups: Fill each cooled cookie cup with chocolate ganache. Top with mini marshmallows. Break pretzel twists and attach them to the sides of the cookie cups with a dab of chocolate to form handles.
