Description

A refreshing fruit salad with a creamy twist.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained

Instructions

  1. Peel and segment the fresh oranges.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh orange segments with drained mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks. Gently fold together.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and Cool Whip, folding until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, give it another gentle stir and transfer to serving dishes.
