Description

Delicious red velvet cookies with white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. After removing from the oven, place additional white chocolate chips in the tops of the cookies before allowing to cool.
