- 1/2 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Have a baking sheet ready.
- In a large bowl, toss together the sprouts, oil, vinegar, and salt.
- Spread them evenly in a single layer onto the baking sheet, cut side down.
- Roast for 20-30 minutes or until fork tender.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add garlic or parmesan cheese before roasting.
