Description

A simple and delicious recipe for roasted Brussels sprouts.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Have a baking sheet ready.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the sprouts, oil, vinegar, and salt.
  3. Spread them evenly in a single layer onto the baking sheet, cut side down.
  4. Roast for 20-30 minutes or until fork tender.
